TheProfitSupp.com, operated by TheProfitSupp Management Ltd ®2022, is headquartered at Schärenmoosstrasse 77, Zurich, 8052, CHE. Should conflicts arise, both parties will make earnest efforts to resolve any disputes related to this Agreement. If a mutual solution is unreachable, either party may choose to escalate the matter to confidential arbitration, overseen by a sole arbitrator according to the ICC ADR Rules.

Arbitration meetings will be conducted in English, either in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines or at an alternative mutually agreed location. This rule designates the exclusive jurisdiction of the arbitration mechanism, preventing either party from seeking redress in their local courts against the arbitration proceedings.

Policy on Complaints

Registering on TheProfitSupp requires providing accurate identification information. It's your responsibility to safeguard your TheProfitSupp login and password; you are liable for any damage arising from acts or omissions resulting in unauthorized or unlawful account use. You agree to submit accurate and complete information about yourself during registration and refrain from impersonating any person or entity or concealing your identity from TheProfitSupp for any reason.

By registering as a business entity, you ensure you can authorize binding that entity to this Agreement. TheProfitSupp responsibly handles the details provided, as outlined in the disclosures during sign-up and our privacy guidelines. At TheProfitSupp, we emphasize efficient and clear methods for swiftly addressing complaints from current or potential retail clients, maintaining records of all complaints and actions taken to resolve them to ensure fair and consistent processing while striving for the highest level of customer service.
